Our receptionists will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. We accept emergencies during business hours. If you feel that you have an emergency, please call us immediately so that we can be best prepared for your arrival. If you have an emergency during non-business hours, please contact the Emergency Pet Clinic of Temecula at 951-695-5044.
We strive to keep your waiting time to a minimum as we recognize that your time is very valuable. Emergencies, however, do arise in our hospital and we ask that you be patient if there is a delay in your appointment time, due to a pet requiring our immediate attention and care. We will always inform you of any changes as they occur.
In order for a pet to board with us, all vaccinations must be current. For dogs, this means the DHPP, Bordetella, and Rabies vaccines. For cats, only the FVRCP. Proof of vaccines must be provided at the time of check in. If your pet requires a vaccine while here, please keep in mind that a medical exam may be required. We provide food, clean / comfortable bedding, and exercise three times per day. You are welcome to bring toys and/or treats/food from home. We do ask however that you keep these items to a minimum. Charges will apply for any additional services such as nail trimming, bathing, anal gland expression, and/or administering medication. We offer convenient pick up and drop off times at 10 am or 3 pm during weekends and holidays. Please call for reservations as we fill up quickly.
