Meet the Staff

Scherry - Receptionist/ Manager

Scherry is a receptionist/manager who has been at HAH since 2007. She brings with her over sixteen years of customer service. Her love for animals started when she was a young girl. While attending high school, she actively participated in FFA and took pleasure in raising and showing dairy goats. She cares deeply for the heath and well being of all animals and is dedicated to making your visit here pleasant and memorable. Scherry spends her time outside of work with her husband and their cats Bernie, Biscuit, Bitty, Hawkeye and Blake. She enjoys movies, country music, NASCAR, and all motor sports.


BridgitteVeterinary Assistant/ Manager

Bridgitte is a veterinary assistant and manager who has been with Hemet Animal Hospital since 2015. She has always had a love for animals and dreamed of being a veterinarian, but put a pause on her career path when her husband joined the USAF.  Outside of work, she loves Magfed paintballing with her husband and spending time watching movies with her Westie Mia, Corgi Bugzi, Great Dane Athena, Queensland healer Groot and kitty Denver.


Kayla - Veterinary Assistant/ Assistant Manager

Kayla is a Veterinary Assistant, Receptionist and an Assistant Manager. She has been working with Hemet Animal Hospital since June of 2011. She left for a year to work at an emergency animal hospital. She would like to further her education and go to school to get her RVT license. When she is not here at the hospital she is working at her other job in animal emergency, working out at the gym, or spending time with her family and 7 animals.


Tamara - Technician

Tamara is a veterinary technician who has been part of the Hemet Animal Hospital team since 2007. Her favorite aspect of the job is assisting in orthopedic surgery and has been working in the veterinary field for over 15 years. Tamara has had the pleasure of working with exotics at previous animal hospitals through the years. Her tremendous care for animals started at a young age that led her down the path to this rewarding career. She attended MSJC and received her California State Certification as a nurse's assistant in 1987. She worked in the
human medical field for 12 years before changing careers. Hemet has been her home since 1978 and she enjoys living in this close knit community. Her enjoyment outside of work is spending time with family and coaching soccer. She is married with 4 children and her dog's Anakin and Penny.


Rocio - Technician

Rocio started her career in veterinary medicine in 2001 when she moved to the United States and received her certificate as a veterinary assistant. Since then she has worked for a number of excellent veterinarians and has developed a passion for canine and feline dentistry. Rocio joined the team here as a veterinary technician in 2007. She is fluent in both english and spanish and has become an asset to this hospital. She enjoys spending time with her family including her dog's Stubby and Packer. Her cat's Aaron, Clay, and Jordy.  She dreams of one day opening her home to a basset hound.


Ron- Technician 

Ron has been a technician here at Hemet Animal Hospital since January 2017. He has worked in the veterinary industry for over 25 years. He has experience in small animal and exotic care, preventative care, emergency care, critical care, and customer service. When he's not working, he enjoys spending time with his family and his pets. 


Hannah -Veterinary Assistant/ Kennel Technician.

Hannah is a veterinary assistant/kennel technician who has been with Hemet Animal Hospital since 2014. She has been working with animals large and small since high school. She has a passion for livestock as well as family pets. She currently has four animals of her own, German Shepherd Rosie, Siamese mix Sheldon and Chihuahua Lulu.


Sonia- Veterinary Assistant

Sonia is a veterinary assistant at Hemet Animal Hospital, she has been in the veterinary field since 2008. She has had the pleasure to have worked with exceptional Veterinarians in San Diego and through that she has gained a substantial amount of experience through her years in the veterinary field. She joined Hemet Animal Hospital in October of 2016. Sonia has always had great love and interest in animals since she was young. She enjoys coming to work every day and helping out all the animals as well as sharing preventative care and information with pet owners that is beneficial to the furry members of their family. During her time off work Sonia is happily occupied spending time with her human children as well as her four legged furry children. 

Kourtney- Kennel Technician / Veterinary Assistant

Kourtney is a Kennel technician/ Veterinary assistant who has been at H.A.H. since 2016. She is currently a full time student at Boise State University studying Kinesiology and works here during the summer. She is very passionate about animals and has a kitten named Nala. She also has a passion for soccer, sharks, and food!


Adolfo- Kennel Technician

.Adolfo is a tremendous animal lover, who is a part-time worker here at Hemet

Animal Hospital. Adolfo is also currently a full-time student at Cal State San Marcos University

pursuing a degree in computer science. He hopes to one day work in the cyber security field and

write programs for a living all while owning his very own labrador and husky. 

Jake- Kennel Technician 

 Jake is a kennel technician who started working at Hemet Animal Hospital part-

time in July of 2017. He loves animals including his three dogs at home. Jake is currently studying audio

technology at Mount San Jacinto College and hopes to one day make a career out of sound engineering.
